OH FUCK IT ALL!*$&

Last night.. what a BUST! I made this lovely dinner, we were both starving like “you know what” and as I GENTLY bite into a piece of chicken … “SNAP! POP!”  out shoots  my temporary crown, exposing shaved down tooth bloody nerved awfulness. The pain. The queasy pain. Holy..

So I bend over, to pick up my TOOTH and as the air hits the spot where enamel used to reside: WHAM ! shock to the tooth, up a nostril, through my left ear, into the brain and down my arm. PAIN.

I didn’t know what to do, because I KNEW my dentist was not gonna sort me out at 10pm.. I was panicked: Call 911? Hop down the garbage shoot? Watch a documentary on Napoleon?

I ended up, sucking it u… popping about 14 vicodin + 3 advil + 1 valium and suffered through a shitty Napoleon documentary … and when I say shitty, I mean, SHITTY. 45 minutes of PTHTHHT. Good though, distracted me from the pain.

I basically suctioned on the temporary with toothpaste to protect the tooth from the air hitting hit it and causing me to scream and cringe. The problem I faced was how I was going to sleep without dislodging it again and choking on it. So I decided to just stay up all night until they could see me the next day… which worked until about 4:30 am when I could no longer keep my eyes open. This is when I came up with a genius idea:  If I slept on all fours, facing down, head resting on the armrest of the sofa, I could sleep and  I would not choke if my temporary fell out because, due to gravity, it would fall down on the couch, not down my throat. So that is precisely what I did. I got on my knees, face toward the cushion, rested my forehead on the arm rest and wah-lah! Four ridiculous hours of uninterrupted sleep sans threat of choking on my faux wooden teeth.  Whoo hoo! Pulled it off like a pro.

Anyway, they temporarily re-cemented in my crowns. My official ones aren’t due to arrive from France until Friday, at the earliest. This is horrible because I have had to reschedule so many shoots. My mouth is just an orifice of discomfort.

Lets see… on the bright side, tonight husband and I are going to a movie, courtesy of my best Greek “U”, who sent us tickets to the screener..Thaaaanks. That should be fun. Also, I found out that I my relatives, on my mothers side,  may have originated in Austria… what else…ah yes, new video “Give a Dog a Bath” will be released in 2 weeks… brace yourselves.

ok, so I feel boring and smelly therefore I will go.
I feel like I am forgetting something…
