At dinner last night, I noticed how much shorter my husbands index finger was from his ring finger..compared to mine which are almost exactly the same length. I assumed it was because he is gay, but I wasn’t sure,   so when we got home I did a little googling on “digit ratio” and apparently you can tell a lot about a person, from their sexual preference to their tendacy toward agression based on the size ratio of these two fingers.

I thought it was really interesting because, according to one article, it is a trait that we are born with that never changes as we grow up and it is influenced, primarily, by exposure to testosterone in the womb….which makes perfect sense to me. (I always thought that  my husbands mom might be a man.)
