I made a few changes to the forums.

1. I removed the code that displayed stats on the front page (“newest member” “how many online”)

2. I removed the code that displays who is online on ALL pages…. It’s sort of an invasion of privacy..I feel like if people want to secretly lurk then don’t nobody need to know about it.

3. I made it less ugly. I made new notification .gif’s for the front page…I cleaned up unneccesary “breadcrumbs”…blah blah

4. I took out some other junk too but at this point, 5 hours later, i forget what that was. not that you really care..

There may be some issues when posting/uploading that still remain due to the server change. I think I changed all of the file paths, but I may have missed one somewhere. please report if you see oddness.

ohohoh i know! I made some changes to the chat room config. so that it doesn’t laaaaag so darn much when there are more than 5 people in the room. I wont be able to test it though until i get like 10 people chatting but it should perform MUUUCH better (even on a Saturday night). It won’t be perfect, it’s partially database driven and i am on a shared server.. but yeah anyway. im outta here. xx CL
