1. fried chicken feet. Yep, sounds gross, but ask Fran and she will tell you…they are DELICIOUS and waaay more fun to eat than sunflower seeds…suck n’ spit.

2. Sam Wo’s. If you are ever in SF, you must eat at Wo’s. Greasy as heck, cheap…bring your own beer (or crack). Actually I just love Chinese food in general…they know how to grease me right with little to no MSG.

3. Kevin and Leef. If it weren’t for China my friends Kevin and Leef wouldn’t be here and if Kevin and Leef weren’t here, Sushi Zen wouldn’t be here and Leef would have no place to work.. and so if Sushi Zen didn’t exist… and Leef had nowhere to work, I’d never have anything to eat, I would never be married and I would never have any fun.

4. My Pekingese dog. My very best friend. Chinese in origin, my heart forever more.

5. Word Wong. Prrrrobably the best fucking word game EVER invented.

7. Sunset Super.  It’s the fish department + the 600 different varieties of rice + the 10 aisles of every instant ramen soup ever made that keep me coming back for more. When I step into Super, I mean business so get out of whiteys way.

8. Tea. I mean they invented it… how could you not love it.
